Mr. Johnston, a Thornville, Ohio native, is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and the College of Law, University of Cincinnati. He served in the U.S. Army, Counter Intelligence Corps. Mr. Johnston's practice focuses on estate planning, including wills and trusts, requiring innovative solutions to personal and family financial needs. Mr. Johnston has wide experience in the organization and operation of public foundations and has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Fairfield County Foundation. Mr. Johnston's practice also entails working with small business entities, such as limited partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. He has an extensive probate practice , representing fiduciaries of estates and trusts in the Central Ohio area. He is a member of the Fairfield County, Columbus and Ohio State Bar Associations.

Mr. Ogilvie, a lifelong resident of Lancaster, graduated with a degree in economics from Northwestern University and a law degree from The Ohio State University. He served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam after graduation from law school. Mr. Ogilvie has been active in the community serving as President of the following organizations: the Chamber of Commerce, United Way, the Fairfield County District Library and the Lancaster Rotary Club. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Community Improvement Corporation. He served two terms on Lancaster City Council. He was appointed by Governor Rhodes as Chairman of the Elected Official and Judicial Compensation Review Commission. Mr. Ogilvie has a general practice of law with emphasis on family law, business litigation, labor negotiations and probate of estates. He is an Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Mr. Riegel received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Wittenberg University and his law degree, cum laude from The Ohio State University in 1977. He has litigation practice including personal injury, wrongful death, insurance claims, defective product claims, business disputes, and eminent domain suits. Mr. Riegel has written and lectured on the evaluation and settlement of personal injury cases for attorney seminars. He belongs to trial associations and has significant jury trial experience. He obtained the largest damages verdict in Fairfield County, $2.8 million, in a summary jury trial involving wrongful death and personal injury. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Riegel has served on the boards of the American Red Cross, Fairfield County Aids Task Force, and Student Mediation Support Board.

Mr. Michalski is a past President of the Ohio State Bar Association, 1994-1995. He received his B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree, with distinction, from Ohio Northern University in 1976. Mr. Michalski had a general practice in Logan, Ohio, but now focuses on real estate, banking, and commercial law. He handles residential and commercial transactions and advises real estate developers on planning and zoning issues. In addition to being State Bar President, Mr. Michalski was president of the Hocking County Bar Association, chairman of the Board of Governors of the Ohio State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, a special young lawyer representative to the Ohio State Bar Association Board of Governors, served as the District Nine Representative to the Board and serves on the Council of Delegates. He is a Fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation and also served in the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association. Mr. Michalski serves as vice-chair of the Board of Lancaster-Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Board of the Southeastern Ohio legal Services Corporation.

A Lancaster native, Mr. Bibler graduated with a business degree, summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University. He continued at Ohio State, receiving his law degree, with honors, in 1981. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. (INACTIVE) Mr. Bibler practices in the areas of retirement plans, taxation, general business, acquisitions and divestitures, real estate, probate and estate planning. He is a member of the Fairfield County, the Columbus and the Ohio State Bar Associations, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Bibler has served on the Boards of Trustees of the American Red Cross, Fairfield Industries, the Fairfield County Division of the American Heart Association, and Lancaster Kiwanis. He is currently Secretary of the Lancaster Board of Park Commissioners, and serves on the Boards of Trustees of the United Way of Fairfield County and the Fairfield County Foundation.

Mr. Happeney received his B.A. degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He graduated from law school at The Ohio State University in 1985. Mr. Happeney is engaged in the general practice of law with emphasis on family law, civil litigation and adoptions. Mr. Happeney has successfully handled hundreds of domestic matters ranging from simple dissolutions to complex divorces involving in excess of twenty million dollars in assets. He is a member of the Fairfield County, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Happeney is a native of Circleville, Ohio. He was the Solicitor for the Village of Bremen, Ohio from 1988-1994 and has served on the Board of Directors of the Lighthouse. Mr. Happeney resides in Lancaster with his wife, Marcy, and their three children, Lauren, Mitchell and Clayton.

A Lancaster native, Mr. Shonk graduated with a B.A. in Economics and English, cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 1986, was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and served as Articles Editor of the Boston College Law Review. Mr. Shonk advises businesses and banks with regard to financial, organizational and general business planning matters. He also counsels individuals in estate planning, trust, and probate matters. Mr. Shonk has successfully completed large and small acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations and related business transactions. In addition, he litigates business, banking and creditor/debtor disputes, including representation of creditors in bankruptcy, workout and collection matters. Mr. Shonk was President of the Fairfield County Bar Association (1995-1996) and is a member of the Fairfield, Columbus, Ohio State and Massachusetts State Bar Associations, the Commercial Law League, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has published articles in Law Journals on labor law and lectured on construction mechanic's lien law to both business banking practice organizations and attorneys. Mr. Shonk presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fisher Catholic Foundation, the Lancaster Country Club, and the Special Wish Foundation, and has served as member/President of the Fairfield County Board of MR/DD and member/Vice President of the Lancaster Chorale Board.

Mr. Griffith received his B.A. degree in History and English from Marietta College in 1987. He received his law degree in 1991 from the University of Toledo, College of Law where he served as a member of the University of Toledo Law Review. Mr. Griffith focuses his legal practice on litigation including, but not limited to, cases in the areas of personal injury, construction law, business disputes, employment matters and legal malpractice. Mr. Griffith has litigated cases to successful conclusions where the amounts in controversy range from ten thousand to several million dollars. Mr. Griffith is a member of the Fairfield and Ohio State Bar Associations (Litigation Section). He is also a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Griffith is a past member of the United Way Review Board and past member of the Board of Directors of the Robert K. Fox Family YMCA.

A lifelong resident of Lancaster, Mr. Wood graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Ohio University, with a degree in Political Science, History, and Philosophy. He attended the Ohio State University College of Law, where he received his law degree, with honors, in 1994. While in law school, Mr. Wood was a member of The Ohio State Law Journal on Dispute Resolution and served as a judicial extern with Ohio Supreme Court Justice Craig Wright. Mr. Wood is an experienced trial attorney and litigator, aggressively representing individuals accused of committing felonies, misdemeanors, traffic offenses and juvenile offenses. Mr. Wood also represents the rights of individuals who have been seriously injured and families who have suffered a wrongful death. He recently argued an important constitutional issue to the Supreme Court of Ohio on behalf of his client. Mr. Wood is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Ohio and the United States Supreme Court. He belongs to numerous professional associations including, the Fairfield County, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Wood has also served on volunteer boards, including the Fairfield County United Way Board of Review. Mr. Wood resides in Lancaster with his wife, Cathy and their four children, Jacob, Sarah, and twin boys, David and Aaron.

A Lancaster native, Mr. Miller attended Indiana University, received his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and, after serving as an officer in the Army during the Korean War, received his law degree from The Ohio State University in 1955. He joined his father to practice in the Lancaster firm founded by his grandfather. He is "of counsel" with this firm providing consultation in elder law. Mr. Miller served as President of the Fairfield County Bar Association and on the Executive Committee and the Council of Delegates of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a member of the American Bar Association and a Fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation. Mr. Miller was Secretary for the Lancaster Board of Park Commissioners for 32 years. He is past president of several organizations: the Chamber of Commerce, United Way, Community Improvement Corporation, Lancaster Rotary Club, Coordinating council of Ohio University-Lancaster, and the Shaner-Nusbaum Invitational Memorial. He is Past District Governor of Rotary International.

A Lancaster native, Aaron graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. degree with Honors on Sociology. He received his law degree from Capital University School where he was elected Student Representative for the Student Bar Association, was inducted into the Order of the Coif, and served as a legal intern for the United Stated Defense Logistics Agency in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to his admission to the bar, Mr. Conrad worked for Dagger, Johnston, Miller, Ogilvie and Hampson as a law clerk. During this time Mr. Conrad gained experience in a wide array of legal matters including general litigation, employment law, criminal law, wrongful death, insurance claims, real estate, and family law. Mr. Conrad is engaged in the general practice of law, with an emphasis on civil litigation, insurance claims, and family law. Mr. Conrad is a member of the American Bar, Ohio State Bar, and Fairfield County Bar Associations.

A Lancaster native, Jon graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in English from Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, Michigan in 1991. While at Hillsdale, he served as President of the Alpha Tau Omega National Fraternity, Intra-Fraternity Council, Men's Council and Student Federation Representative. Jon also was a Varsity Letterman for the Hillsdale College Men's Tennis Team and received All-Conference recognition. Jon received his law degree, cum laude, from Capital University Law School, was inducted into the Order of the Curia, and earned the Noah J. Kern Memorial Scholarship Award. Prior to Law School, Jon gained significant practical business experience, serving as a Production Manager and Plant Manager for a publicly traded lumber company. He also served as an operations manager and sales representative for privately owned companies in related industries. During law school, Jon clerked for the law firm of Keener, Doucher, Curley & Patterson, Columbus, Ohio. Jon is engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis on business and personal financial planning matters. Also, Jon will be involved in the general counseling of large and small companies regarding the impact, both legally and financially, of important business decisions. Jon is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. He has also served on the Fairfield County United Way Campaign and as a Salvation Army Christmas Volunteer.

Ms. Snoke obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Ohio University. She received her law degree, cum laude, and her LL.M in Business and Tax from Capital University Law School. In law school, Ms. Snoke was a research and writing teaching assistant and the brief writer for Capital’s sports law moot court team. As brief writer, Carrie helped her three-member team with the 10th Annual Mardi Gras Invitational Sports Law Moot Court Competition, a national event. Carrie was previously employed by one of the “Big Four” accounting firms where she performed tax research, drafted tax opinions, and assisted corporate clients minimize their state and local tax liability. Ms. Snoke is currently engaged in the general practice of law with emphasis on real estate law. She handles both residential and commercial transactions. She resides in Lancaster and is an active member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Fairfield County Bar Association, and the Zane Trace Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation.
